Mango Cardamom Lassi

Ingredients

800ml ripe mangoes, puréed, about 4 mangoes
360ml plain yoghurt
360ml milk
100ml castor sugar
5ml cardamom, ground into a powder
5ml salt
5ml vanilla extract
125ml chopped fresh mint
Ice

Directions

1. Combine the puréed mango, yoghurt, milk, sugar, ground cardamom, salt and vanilla in a jug and mix well.

2. Add to a blender with some ice and blend until finely crushed.

3. Mix in the chopped mint and pour into serving glasses
